This policy explains how Laleuca handles information.

Your audio stays private on your device. The Laleuca app doesn’t collect or share any of your data.
Information collection
The Laleuca app does not collect or transmit personal information, audio, usage data, or device data. The app does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies.
Audio and files
Audio recorded or imported into Laleuca is processed locally on the user’s device and is not uploaded to the developer. Microphone access occurs only when the user initiates recording. File access occurs only when the user chooses content to import or export.
Permissions
Microphone permission can be denied or withdrawn at any time in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security. Withdrawing permission prevents microphone recording but does not affect other app features.
Local storage and deletion
Preferences, saved sessions, and audio may be stored locally on the user’s device to provide app functionality and restoration. This data remains on the device until the user removes it from within the app or deletes the app.
Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple. Laleuca may verify purchase entitlements, but the developer does not receive or store payment information.
Third-party services
The Laleuca app does not include third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services and does not share user data with third parties. Apple processes App Store purchases under Apple’s own privacy policy. The optional support form on this website uses Netlify Forms to process and deliver submissions. Netlify processes this information on behalf of the developer and is required to protect it consistently with this policy and its own privacy policy.
Support and privacy requests
If the support form is used, the email address and message provided are transmitted through Netlify to the developer and used only to respond to the request. This information is not sold or used for advertising and is retained only as necessary to resolve the request.
